Hey all, I picked up a 2018 SR5 4x4 on saturday. its a beauty. Can't wait to start modding and messing around on some trails. I have owned a couple tacomas in the past, but this is my first 4 runner. Looking forward to all the great info on this site! Cheers!

Wow! I don’t think we’re neighbors but we’re probably not far apart. I’ve only had mine for about 2 weeks. It’s my first 4x4 and I’m currently looking at a modest suspension lift for extra clearance. If you’re familiar with the local trails maybe we can caravan.

That would be great. You don't happen to own a white trd off road that was on ontario ave yesterday around 1:30pm do you? where about in corona are you? I am in eagle glen. we should try Bedford trail sometime, I hear its fairly easy...

I just noticed your user name, I am assuming your 4R is red not white...lol

I was trying to be covert with my username . I haven’t seen any other red 4runners around here so if you see one chances are it’s me. I’m near crossroads church. Stock SR5 4wd. I’m looking at a modest suspension lift right now just for a little extra clearance and slightly bigger tires.

I’d be interested in checking out that trail.

Howdy, just in the process of purchasing a 4Runner (preferably the TRD OR). We have a 2016 Tacoma and an '16 F150. Figured I'd just the gun and sign up to the 4Runner forum as well as already being apart of the Tacoma forum. Came to also browse the price paid thread which seems to be abit of an eye opener as I can't get an ounce of wiggle room on ANY '18/'19.

On the personal side, I'm 30, married to a wonderful woman and father to my first this year. I work in a mine up in Northern British Columbia (as well as at a construction supply co. on my set off back in city). I love trucks and enjoy some good family time while off-roading. My previous trucks have been a Tacoma, Power Wagon (and the regular sport 1500), and couple F-150's, 2.7l and the 5.0 (I worked for Ford at the time and still purchased a Tacoma heh). I enjoy modding my trucks like most people and plan to do a few things (but not go overboard).

We just picked up a new 5th Gen as well!

Got delivery yesterday, on a limited for the wife. She surprised me by picking a 4Runner.

Welcome! Keeping a 4Runner running for a long time is one of the easiest things to do. They just don’t want to break. What are you driving, and any pics? First 4Runner for you?

Nice!! I recently picked up a 2004 4runner but I already see myself upgrading (in the distant future) to a newer year. Welcome!!
