Worst part I found yesterday while drying the tent out. Since the front mounts sit on the roof and not the channel like the bolted mounts or Prinsu's do, there is now a dent in the passenger side area where the rubber feet sit. Was very disappointed to see that, even though i kind of knew this was a possibility and was hoping Victory had placed them in that spot because it was strong enough to not do so with typical use.

Same, looks the best out of the other options. The rear fairing alone makes a big visual difference imo. Was driving behind a 4R w/Prinsu's and it just seems like it's missing something with the rear open like that and all you see are crossbars.

When I pull the RTT off, I'm going to play around with adjusting the rack, and see if the dent pops out. Also going to throw some thin rubber or silicone padding under the ends of the RTT's extrusions to see if it quiets the creaking.

Your Truck looks Great - I was looking around everywhere for a White 4runner with that rack.

Am I missing something, but wouldn't this happen with any load of similar size/shape? It's not the RTT necessarily causing it specifically, but anything of that weight and shape would as well, no?

Seems like a critical flaw in the design.

I really like the looks of Victory and am considering a larger purchase beyond just their rack. This halts me a bit.

That's a quick turn around! I called this morning for an update since I ordered 3 days after you. It likely won't be shipping until after Christmas. Bummer!! but oh well, it'll be worth the wait.

mine came in early. very pleasant surprise. however, my 3M film is not in yet. So my rack is taking up my living room currently. Build quality seems great except for the powder coat. I have quite a few bare spots in the rectangular sections of the side rails. Fortunately, I have some spray.
