i am new to toyota and 4runners and i really like the 4th gen i am wondering which year has less problems,better fuel mpg are they all about the same price to modify, can you easily install a double din head unit in it without modifications. which package is worth getting when buying one

1) Not one picticular year has less problems. Steer clear of fire/ flood/ salvaged cars all together.

2) if your looking for a little Better MPG, get a V6.

3) for the most part, yes.
