New back up camera idea?

Has any one tried to install this style of back up camera in a 2007 4 Runner?

TOYOTA PRADO CMOS NTSC Car Rear Backup Camera - eBay (item 270659531702 end time Jan-04-11 06:26:48 PST)

It is for a Toyota Prado. From the look of the size it is the same size as the licence plate light in our 4 Runners. They do not list the measurment between the mounting holes.

What do you guys think?
