new battery but won't start

Have a 97 4-runner limited. Just replaced the battery. Headlights work, hazards work. Nothing else. No interior lights, no locks, radio, windshield wipers, nothing. Also won't start. Here clicking in the starter relay. HELP!

I'll ask the obvious -- when you replaced the battery, you triple-checked to make sure the battery connections were perfectly clean and tight?

Check all your fuses?.
