New Bayou runner here

Greetings all. I figured I'd drop a thread to introduce myself to the board. I bought a 1994 4x4 T4R from a good friend yesterday. 176k miles.....great condition, runs like a champ, and everything works with the exception of the power antenna (easy fix). He was just given a newer 2004 model from his father for graduating college and is moving to Houston. In looking to get rid of his old one, I was able to snatch it up for $2000 cash. It's pretty clean for an 11 year old vehicle and although I might not take it cross country, it'll be a damn good suppliment to my company car as a weekend mud rider. I think I'll get some pretty good infomation on this site for fixes and accessories. Glad to be here and here's a few pics of the new (to me) toy...

More than that, you stole and SPANKED the guy!

Nice ride at an excellent price!

I'd take it cross-country! ~LOL~

Welcome!

It's a Yota

I'd take it cross country. I've taken old 73 station wagons into the mountains on long road trip. You can't kill 'em.
(There are exceptions but you know what I mean.)

Looks like you got a great deal, I have a 92 with 382,000 km (238,000 miles) on it and it still runs like new. I took it into the bush (all stock) last week and was able to do everything that my friends 1969 GMC with 33" tires could. And he ended up with a burnt clutch and a broken shock. I still drive mine everywhere
