NEW Bilstein B12 Rear Lift Springs for 4Runner / FJ Cruiser

I've recently purchased a 6112 / 5160 setup for my 2019 Off Road. I have the 6112 product number 47-281202. Apparently it is the medium duty version of the 6112s and it is set at 1.5" which is the lowest setting. However since I don't have any added weight I think it gave me more of an 2.5" lift since I now have a negative rake (the front is 3/4" higher than the rear). The rear has the 5160 with factory coils. So now I'm looking to purchase some B12 coils and was wondering which would be best suited for the 6112 kit, 47-281202. What's the difference between the three different sets (besides stated ride height)? I've gone back and forth with Bilstein and they don't seem to know much at all about their products. The three coils in question are: 36-281817, 36-281824 and 36-281831. I'm leaning towards the heavy duty ones (36-281831) since they would more closely match the coils on the 6112s up front. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have 600 or 650lb front springs? No heavy duty rear springs will match your front ones. The 600lb are fantastic on road and okay off-road where they are too soft for either more speed or more rocks, the 650lb are great offroad and pretty good but not plush on road. Any heavy duty rear springs will make the rear far stiffer than the front, even if you have 650lb springs.

The heavy duty rear springs, any such springs, are only suited to vehicles with heavy permanent weight such as full size rear steel bumpers with a big, heavy tire etc.

If you put heavy duty rear springs without several hundred pounds of permanent extra rear weight, you will get the dump truck ride.

I have 6112 with 650 lb springs + Icon 2.0 with 206lb springs and the rear is a bit too stiff unless fully loaded. I might go to the softer Bilstein rear springs for increased kids and dog comfort offroad.

Well, I did not know they offered that either. That would be heavy duty vs medium duty for 650 and light duty for 600.

Without a front bumper, the 700lb will be too stiff. The 650 is just right with full skid plate package and sliders.
