I got sick of sliding around and spinning with the Continental Conti-Trac all seasons that I bought last winter (they have about 30,000 on them!) and finally broke down to try a dedicated snow tire on my T4R.
We just had another winter storm before the New Year and I wanted to let anyone that's interested know that these tires are "the stuff". They hook up in virtually any snow conditions and return the even balance, handling and surefooted-ness that I had come to enjoy, but was missing this year in the T4R. I even tried them offroad (nothing I do regularly)(sigh) and was very, very pleased with the amount of traction they offered.
4- DM-Z3 265/65-17 cost around $650.00 USD installed, "out the door" with lifetime rotation, free flat repair and "static" balancing ('spin' is extra).
CHEERS!
