New center console switches

So I've had my 4runner about a year now. Since I bought it none of the switches in the center console have worked. The rear window operated by a 6way switch in a poor location on the dash. So moved stuff around.

I moved the switch here, added a switch for when I get my cargo lighting wired up. (hopefully tomorrow) And a third for the HELLA lights that I bought, that will go on the trail-gear lowprofile bumper I'll buy when I get my tax returns. I used a piece of lexan and cut it to fit, painted it black. Anyway, this is what it looks like (looks better IRL) I don't need the lockout switch. the keyhole doesn't work anyway. The wiper is flatout missing, so I don't need that.

i dont want to be rude but it doesnt look very good, i have a suggestion.
take the switches out and repaint the hole counsel with the switch panel in place useing a can of matching gray plastic bumber paint.
That way you wont be able to see the cut marks as easy?

That's planned for the near future. I had black already and haven't had time to look for a gray. actually gonna paint the whole console, probably tomorrow, let it dry while I set up cargo lighting.

I painted it. It looks better. I didn't want it too look like one whole piece. I wanted to have a distinct switch panel. (really I did) But the paint makes it look better.
