New Cooper Tires and Lift Question

I recently picked up my 4Runner and it needed some new tires. I had 265/75-R16 Cooper Discoverer ATP's put on today. I think they're a great compromise of looks, ride quality, and price for my daily driver. 4 new tires mounted and balanced for $530 otd with the lifetime protection plan. Some pictures below.

Now that I have the tires I'd like to lift it a bit. I'm considering OME springs and Bilstien shocks. My question, since it's a 1997 Limited it has the highest stock ride height for a 3rd gen (68.7in), will a 3" suspension lift raise it 3" from the lowest trim level (ie 66.5in)? I couldn't find the answer by searching or on the lift page.

I just put some Discoverer ATRs on my '96. I also recently installed Bilstein 4600s in front and back and OME 881s in front and 890s in back. That setup raised my front almost 3" and my rear about 3 1/2". The first pic of the Runner is before, and the second one is after the install. I took a long trip on the new setup, and I love it.

Where did you get your tires for such a good price?

I got them from Discount Tire. They were super helpful and surprisingly didn't push more expensive tires. They're listed at $115 each on their site. I went in hoping to see them in person and wasn't fully committed to buying tires that day. He said he could do that price if I bought them then..and I couldn't turn it down.
