this all comes back from when my dad tryed to fix his truck... when he took off his spark plugs when the engine was still hott...

well the place that he took it to told him that there is no compression in the engine... they said that he need to get a new engine...

would that really happen to the engine because of the spark plugs gettin stuck while takin them out?? this is so confusing...

let me know what u think...

Very odd

There is no reason new plugs would cause NO compression, UNLESS he installed some extremely long plugs, and the tips of the longer plugs somehow put holes into the tops of the pistons.

Don't know if it would be possible, but if a longer plug interfered with the top of a piston stroke, it might crack or cause a hole in the piston. This would be NO compression.

If the plugs did not seal at all, then that could also cause low or no compression, but the fit would have to be terrible.

Keep us posted as to the final result of the garage inspection. There must be more to it than this.
