New engine wont start!

I just recently replaced my old blown 3vze with a new one in my 93' T4R and it turns over but wont start.....i've gone over everything a dozen times with hayes and chilton manuals and still cant figure it out......Any Ideas?


Also recently a guy my sister talked to said that since its not the original motor that there is a plug in under the hood in the fuse box that you plug a wire into that resets the whole ignition system or the electronic system or something of that nature....any ideas what that might be and where i can locate it?
