Found a local company in BC to do up a bumper for me... And a facelift at same time

I found it hard to find something I liked and this seemed pretty good. The fogs will be amber halos and it'll be powder coated grey. Should be done in a few weeks. Arc one industries is where it's from. A new business that's building a lot of bumpers locally now

Arc One front bumpers

The front bumper looks really good. I like the shape more than most of the bumpers out there. I like that it doesn't require cutting up the existing plastic bumper to fit space next to the headlights. I've also considered the Shrockworks bumper for this reason.

Does Arc One have a website? Do they make bumpers for the 2013 to 2018 4Runners? Will they ship them to So Cal?

I think they're redoing the website. They're on Facebook and reply really quick... The 2013-2018 bumper is same as what I have. They have options for alien eyes etc. They will ship I think the grill is changing so it's straight across. Mines just one of the prototypes

Looks amazing!

Can you give details on the headlights and the swap? I need some of those.

Yup. I got the main peices from Rock auto and used several threads from here. I'll post better details when I'm at my computer as I hate typing on phone. It cost close to $600cdn. So like $50 us. Lol.

I would adjust that bumper down so there is more of a gap between your headlights and front fenders. If you are actually using your truck offroad on technical terrain it will 100% rub up or potentially crack your headlights or fender when your body and frame flex. Looks great though

There is a bit of a gap at least. The rubber trim you see fills in gap to make it look less gappy.. it's like the first pictures. I'm not sure if if it'll move like an inch during flex.. I do mostly muddy trails for hunting and not Rock crawling so I'll probably be good with the inch or so between

Hey Everyone

Hey Everyone, this is Mike from ARC1 here. I just applied to the forum, and it's cool to see that we've already been spotted. We're still getting everything set up including the website. That model is just entering production now, and will be ready for shipping before the end of the year.

To answer the above question about the gap, we have taken flex into account, The molding is pushed up to close the gap and give the illusion of a tight fit. No issues with crushing fenders here.

Feel free to shoot me a message for any questions, as well as post any here that you have :)
