Hey guys, I am from outside of Atlanta and have a 98 4runner limited edition. It is a 2wd which I want a 4wd, but itll do for now.
This 4runner has been in our family for years and I am taking it over as my car now. I used to have a 2002 Tahoe Z71 and sold it due to mpg and high mileage. I leased a 2012 Passat and realized I hated riding in a car, though it was nice for a while with the low mpg and it being fast. Being my last semester in college, my dad wanted the Passat and we decided if take over the lease payments and kept the car for now, he would give me the 4runner. So I took the deal and have started the 4 runner as my next project! Looking forward to learning a lot from you guys.
I was apart of z71tahoeandsuburban.com and learned a lot from them about my Tahoe so I figured why not join this site and learn some more about my current 4runner.
Here were some of my Tahoe's mods:
2" leveling kit
33" Nitto Terra Grapplers
Grille guard
K&N intake
grille guard with off road lights
kenwood kvt flip screen
CB radio/PA speaker
carbon fiber dash/window controls/center console
and many more....
Ill post some pics of the 4runner later today. I am hoping to take off the running boards for a higher look as well as add my kenwood kvt flip screen today. Only think I don't want from the flip screen is for it to block the a/c and air controls on the 4runner.
