Hello all,
I just wanted to say hello. Its been pretty tough for me these past few years, where I pretty much lost everything...and I do mean everything...LOL and I finally was able to get a vehicle again.
So, what vehicle did I get to celebrate actually being able to have a car again?
Well, a 1994 4runner of course!
It was advertised as a 95, and came with 234,000 miles on it. I am hoping I can get another 50K out of it! Though it has a few dings, it runs nice for an older vehicle and I plan to do some things to refurbish it when I begin working again soon so I can get the kitty filled to buy some replacement parts.
Anyway, thankful for this website, as already this afternoon, I was able to decipher my VIN, download the proper FSM's and learn about some common issues that I can fix myself, although I am not really a car person. If you have an IT issue I'm your man, but I only know the basics of auto shop.
Anyway, hope to talk with you soon. Thanks for having me.
-Mike
