Guess it's time to introduce myself... I've been trolling on here the last few days since I put my deposit down on a 2012 SR5.
I'm coming from a Frontier CC 4x4 LE that was finally totaled last week. I was rear ended and subsequently rammed into the vehicle in front of me about 3 weeks ago. The guys insurance was great (state farm) and ended up paying me the NADA value plus tax tag and title. Which brings me to my new purchase.
I've had two frontiers, and my wife was pushing for an SUV this time. I wanted to stay body on frame with 4x4 and leather and heated seats and the pathfinder just didn't have the reliability compared to the 4runner.
So hopefully by next week, the truck will arrive from SC (not sure on how long a back haul from dealer to dealer takes) and the dealer will install heaters and the rearview camera/mirror as promised, and I'll be riding in what appears to be fantastic truck!
