Names Raymond and i got to start off buy saying how much I love my 97 4runner this is my 1st toyota and it buy far beats any other suv or truck i have ever owned. Its a 97 4runner sr5 auto v6 4x4 i got the suv on a trade i found on craigslist. I started off with a 02 mazda 626 that i got for 700$ and was supose to have a bad water pump just ended up needing 2 belts put on 30$ fix. I traded the mazda even for the 4runner that needed minor front end work due to not putting all the way in park rolled down a hill and hit a brick wall. Im a mechanic from Madisonville Tn and I do all my own work let me start off by showing you my mazda and 4runner at time of trade 4 months ago.

This is the 4runner at time of trade ofcorse i had to take it threw some trails right from the start you can see the front end work crappy little tires but ran amazing. The owner befor me had just put a motor in at 200000 miles out of a 01 4runner that had 64000 miles new water pump new timing belt all gaskets replaced in motor oem toyota parts. New wires plugs fuel filter air filter power stearing pump new rotors pads rear drums seals cylinders and shoes new pvc valve and iac. Now for the pics after a few pay checks and some time with my own touch. Still have alot more work to go because i plan on keeping thsi for a long time lift bumpers performance you name it.

painted hood and fender needed new antena so removed power antena tinted front lights and got some 5000k Hid lights antena 10$ and head lights 60$ also had to get and new radio so i went and got subs and cd player pioneer cd player volfenhag 12s and vofenhag amp hope yall enjoy my 4runner and if you want to know any thing just ask.
