I've seen that type pretty cheap elsewhere too........but I can't remember where. Maybe brandsport.com, maybe not. If it stays at $25 including shipping, that sounds good to me. If I had any money right now I'd buy 'um and figure out something to customize with them.....as I already have the other type of door sills.

I don't think they are OEM for the 4th gens....my OEMs have a font similar to our badges. I am pretty sure these are aftermarket or maybe for a different generation 4runner. I checked brandsport and didn't see them there. I think burtmanindustries.com carries them but I don't know for how cheap.

THat's what I thought... font looks way to odd for 4th gens. I'd bet burtman don't have these for "cheap".
 
Yea.. i'm not paying 79$ for door sills... rather spend it on a nice array of polish/wax products. :D

But the eBay auction is pretty cheap.. just alot on the shipping portion.
 
I bought these some time ago but didn't have time to install them. I'm not sure if they are original or custom made for Gulf State Toyota (this is place that I got them from). They are made in Canada. Instructions have Jan 2003 date on them but sills are dated 05/27/03. This weekend I found some time and I tried to do the install. However I'm not happy with them and for now I will leave original one. If any one is interested I can sell them for same price I paid ( 25$) + real shipping which is about 4$.....( paypal if passible)
I attach picture and if anyone would like to get some more info or more pictures please let me know.
burtmanindustries.com carries them for 79$ ! I also found thread where Linhsy posted picture os same kind of sill installed in his 4R...

I call dibs, but I'm not 100% sure to buy. I just want to know why you weren't happy with them. I too may not end up happy with them and then be in the same boat as you :(

Tell me why and if it floats my boat, I'll buy it. I can do paypal as well.

The only problem I have with them is that they are smaller then original one. I think once You can get of ebay for 40 or 50$ replace original .These are a little smaller. I attach picture (It's not the best but I can take better one tomorrow and post it for You.) that shows how much smaller they are.
Some might like it but I don't.. I can assure You that other than that there is no problem with them. If You decide to buy them PM me and we can discuss details ( like return in case if You change your mind after reciving them)....
