Traded in my 2010 370Z for this and I'm a 100% Toyota garage now:

What kind of deals can you get on those these days? That's my other consideration other than a 4runner.

$3000 rebate or 0% APR. Check out Zag pricing. Some dealers participate and you can go below invoice. I was $1500 below invoice on mine but got slaughtered on my 370Z trade.

Very Nice bud..

I drove one over X-mas from Norcal to Vegas..

downside was, it was only a double cab and not a crew cab.

6 people in a double cab could be a little tight.

Thanks guys. This my 2nd Tundra. First one was a 2007 Crewmax Limited. Didn't realize how much I missed this beast!

You got rid of one of the sweetest sports cars to get another truck? A 4Runner is all the truck I would need and a 370Z would be nice to have when the truck wasn't needed. Nice Tundra but I'd rather have the Z or if I had to keep it Toyota I'd be driving a classic last gen Supra TT.

I traded in my G35 6-spd coupe (same platform as the Z) for my Tundra and I never looked back. I don't know but I guess the G just got old on me (or I got too old for the G) and I love driving this behemoth around. Well, I did need the utility of the pick-up truck and I needed the extra towing capacity.

Trust me, it was a tough call. Eventually I knew the Z would only last one year in my garage. The Tundra obviously has more utility specially with the sudden increase of my dependents.... :biggrin2::biggrin2::biggrin2:

Congrats on the "increase of dependents", btw. :)

Are those flares standard on the Platinum Tundra? They look really sharp. My dad is looking at a Tundra or Tacoma to replace his F250 within the next few weeks. Crazy that the 4.6L Tundra gets better gas mileage than the 4.0L 6MT Tacoma.

Thanks Quentin. The flares are an option. I had them in my previous 07 Tundra and decided my 11 would look right without them so I had my dealer find one that was port installed. Tell your dad to make sure to get the 5.7. Lots of 4.6 owners regret it after a while.
