I figured it was time to introduce myself and be able to keep log of my 4runner as she slowly changes.i come from vip/coilover/slammed world so needless to say im new to lifting shi*#.me and the wife both drive 2nd gen gs300's so we figured that with the new bebe and the dogs we needed something bigger and ive been inlove with 3g4r since like 98.so after about 3.5 months of looking for the right one i took the plunge on this.
1997 sr5,4x4(j-t-case),auto,leather,sunroof.140k miles
Got it from the second owner with no maintenance records except some oil changes and other little stuff.i inspected it all over for 1 hour before even driving it and couldnt find a thing wrong.after some serious negotiating i stole it for 3650.tell me what you guys think.i know its not the holy grail runner but im estatic with the purchase.
only aftermarket thing on her is a pioneer single din cd player "/
First things first obviously:delete running boards and hood deflector.
