Hello,
I'm from B.C., Canada and been browsing the forums for close to a year now. Been doing 4Runner research up to 1.5yrs and finally bought one about 10 months ago.
My addiction to large SUV vehicles started when my old job offered me a Hummer H3 to drive around one winter for about 4 months. I was extremely excited and horrified at the same time since I was driving a Mazda3 prior. First time parking while grocery shopping was quite the story! Anyway, after I returned the H3 I decided there was no way in hell I was going back to a small car and that's when my research into SUVs began. Took me a long time to decide but for some reason I kept on coming back to the 4Runner.

After many sleepless nights of researching and wishing, I finally made the decision to get the 4Runner. Found one at a local dealership and meant to 'only' test drive it first...2hrs of negotiations later and nearly exhausting myself I purchased a 2008 Limited Edition with around 79k kms. Initially wanted a Sport b/c of the hood scoop but couldn't find anything with low kms. Also the selection around my area wasn't that great so I settled on the Ltd.

Anyway, here's some pics of my baby! So far its stock with some BFG Rugged Terrains but I eventually plan on getting some Daystars on them. Went off roading a few months ago on a deactivated logging road and it was a blast!

Thanks! I was at Foley Lake with a coworker, its halfway between Cultus Lake and Chilliwack Lake. Its part camp site and part logging roads. Its a pretty nice location, you should check it out if you have a full day to spare
