Hey guys! New t4r owner from northern california here!
Just drove 3 hours (one way!) to pick up my new 87. Manual, 22re, sitting on some 10 inch slot mag wheels, and came with a custom made "bikini" soft top.
best part is, the motor was rebuilt about 2500 miles ago and the standard Cam was replaced with a RV cam.
It does need a little work here and there but all and all I am excited about getting back into toyotas! (had a 90 xtra cab pickup that was SASd and lifted a while back.)
For now the truck will remain semi stock. Its going to be a DD for a while so I don't want to go to nuts. The worst trails this thing will see is the logging roads in BLM territory where I go shooting.
I am a Kydex Holster manufacturer so I am hoping to throw my own personal touch into the truck with a couple of Kydex project Ideas. I will keep you all updated!
