New guy from Northern Virginia

Hi all,

I've lurked for a long time and relied on T4R for info about my '97 4Runner (owned since new within my family). Picked up a '14 trail edition in late April and have been having so much fun with it that I've neglected to post an introduction.

Family and I live near Vienna, VA, work in D.C., and frequent Kent Island for my mistress... 1969 Chris Craft Commander w/ twin 7.4L 454s.

We just took the '97 and '14 for a week at Carova, OBX. Had a blast on the dune trails. Even found an efficient way to remove the lower valence panel. :driving: Here's the unintentional "all black mod":

Found a video of the kids crammed in for a 4x4 ride through the dunes. And no, that's not a baby in the baby seat.

nice looking 5th gen. if you want to go on some trails or just get some help with mods or really anything related to our trucks you should check out this facebook group. its mostly 757 and 804 area people but we have people from all over Virginia and near by that off road together and do meets and mod days.
