New guy in Dallas, hopefully new owner

Hey. I'm hoping to be a new 4 runner owner soon, but I'm having difficulties pulling the trigger on one. I'm looking at a 99' limited with 152k. She wants 6500 for it. It's pristine, used as a family car. I asked if they did regular maint and replaced timing belt and she said yes. Is this one worth it or keep looking? I need a good one since I just became a single dad and won't have a lot to constantly upkeep a vehicle. Thanks!
