Hey guys im new round' here, i just purchased my 87 a couple of days ago. she is pretty rough needs new tires shocks alignment and a ton of bondo to say the least.

im from Kansas city missouri and this is my first 4runner but definatly wont be my last. ill post some pics tomorrow, i would appreciate some input on what you guys think.

I dont go to joplin often but if your up for some wheelin i think i could make a trip.

yea shes rough but i will be taking pics through her build. do you guys know any other missouri 4runnin guys the are wantin to meet up and have a trail day?
 
What motor? Auto/Manual? come on man details. lol. If you don't mind sharing how much you have too pay for her? And really she don't look that bad. Great score either way hope you enjoy it :).
 
4cyl manuel 5speed. shes great but i bought her with no cat, muffler, and there was 3 32x11.5x15s on there and one 31x10.5x15 :dammit:

as of today i put on a whole new exhuast and swapped out tires for all 31s.

i payed 800 for her, clear title with 138k miles. i love her. im getting ready to bondo/fiberglass the rear cancer, and i actually am fabbing up my new bull bar for the front. ( it was given to me and im chopping and welding her all together for a custom better look) :party:

overall im really pleased with this. ive been buying vehicles like crazy and selling them till i found one i actually want to dump some $$$ into. And it looks like this one is it.

i am a newbie to off roading but im looking for some others up here in missouri who wouldnt mind me taggin along to teach me some more.

im actually wanting to get together for some t4r.org meets. to make this more than a forum and into a 4x4 club. if there enough of us guys around.
 
Yeah, we have a cool off road area here called Snowball. It is un regulated and free but people maintain the trails. Whats the situation up there?

Honestly this is my second 4x4 so im not really to sure about the trails up north here. i know there are plenty of mud holes to get stuck in but i would much rather be on a trail.

But if we can get a couple of us missouri t4r's out and runnin id be more than down to come to south mo
