New guy...questions

I am new to toyotas in general. i have been driving a bagged fullsize 350 chevy. but i have just got a 94 4runner, with the v6. it seems to be a really good and reliable vehicle so far. but i have a few questions

1) my rear window will go up and down with the key but it will only go down with the console button. advice???

2)do these not have much get up to them? it drives good, but im definetly not going to outrun ANYTHING. it just takes a little long than i am used to to get up to speed

3)say i wanted to get a very mild lift...like 3 inches, what would be the best way to go about doing that???

Get a new switch for the rear window, There is a reason they call it 3.slow engine. As far a suspension goes, here are some good lifts:

1) could be the switch, but problems with the relay circuit bord are just as common.

2) slow is normal for the 3.0

3) there are plenty of other options then Downey, GOOGLE.
