Well like everyone else has said... That is some damn fine work! And yes, that has to be the best looking "aftermarket" bumper I've seen yet.

There is a gap of about 1/4 of an inch between the head light and the bumper because there is always a little movement between the chassis and the bodywork, if the bumper touches the headlights or anything else, it will definitely break it...

You are correct in the bumper vs body flex and the need for a gap, however, if you look at ARB and Shrockworks bumpers, you'll notice, they use a separate piece to fill in the space between the top 'flat' part of the bumper and the bottom of the headlights. Your bumper has a beautifully integrated flare to handle that, which is (in my mind) a much nicer execution.

Notice the white piece under the headlight in the image below:

And the same type trim piece (from the OEM plastic bumper) on the ARB bumper.

Again... mad props to your fabrication shop. If you don't mind me asking, what was the cost associated with your custom bumper?

You are right, I thought your referred to the gap of my bumper between the bumper and the lights...

LOL.. yeah.. but there is a cost-of-living adjustment that needs to go on top of that, but either way it sounds like you got one heck of a deal.... Bit of a long drive for me though to come visit your shop though! LMAO.

Holy shiat that's beautiful. Aside from what 4x4Labs made for Bimrunner's rig, this is the BEST 5th gen bumper I've seen. Everything else is way too low-slung and bulky for my tastes.

That's the only aftermarket front bumper I have seen so far that I would buy. I don't know about the hole in the center with the mesh, but other than that it's exactly the look I am looking for. Someone In the states rip this off and make me one!

Hahaha, dont worry, I haven't pattented it yet! Hahaha

I put the hole in the center because I didnt wanted to reduce the intake of cold air to the radiator...

Excellent looking bumper. Nice touches like incorporating in the fender flare and one piece design under the headlights.
It looks very "factory" and not like this hideous growth on the front of your truck like a lot of aftermarket bumpers.

+1 .... For as amazing as the front bumper is, there are some interesting choices on the rear... it's great craftsmanship, but I'm not understanding the line going up to the wheel either. the rear profile not following the hatch either looks a little off. I'm sure there is a reason and we'd love to find out! :clap2:
