Most likely the way most of them mount. Standoffs, large dia. Flat washers on the backside of the plastic to stop the bolt from pulling through.

Im guessing they will be priced high.

My already upgraded gobi struts are screaming for mercy just looking at this.

The panel will be aluminum and only weighs about 3lbs. The gear you choose to mount will be the only real weight factor.

This panel will require drilling the factory plastic panel and will bolt through it with carriage bolts, spacers, nuts (as the factory trim only bolts in one location.)

So I wonder if upgraded struts will really be needed. You won't be able to put a ton of weight on that if it's attached to the panel, and the panel is only popped onto the hatch. There's some limits to load. But it might be a great place to mount my Outer Limit Supply first aid kit!

That looks very nice. My wife got me the window panels for my birthday this summer and they are very nice. I was not expecting to find them so useful as I don't do off-road stuff, but it has proven to be very nice to have so many things stored on the panels vs in other places, and also to have thing strapped down that I am not keen on seeing go airborne should I need to brake hard. I am not sure that the door panel is what I need, but I will have a look as, well, you never know...

My wife was very impressed with dealing Victory 4 x 4 (she was having stuff sent to Canada, so there were a few little complexities), so I will definitely endorse them--apart from the fact that it is a quality product.

This is the best molle panel solution for the interior of the 5th gen seeing as how the side curtain airbags run all the way back on the 3 that I have seen. Only one had 3rd row seating.

Fyi, i changed the stock speakers and needed to upgrade the struts. Stock struts would open the minivan hatch half way and require manual labor to open fully. Once open it would stay.

Will the factory panel be secured differently (something other then the plastic clips) or will this MOLLE panel actually mount to the metal behind the factory plastic panel?

Victory, I love that you guys continue to innovate and bring new stuff to the market for our 4Runners. I just wish you didn't have to drill holes and permanently modify your stock panels to use these products

This bolts to the factory panel and the factory panel installs the same way as before. The way it mounts is plenty strong to hold smaller gear/MOLLE bags. It sits over and in the window channel, uses lots of clips and bolts in through the grab handle.
