New Head Unit install without Wiring Harness

I bought a new head unit for my 2002 4runner SR5 but i don't have a wiring harness. I am planning on splicing the wires from the new head unit directly into the car wires. Just before the plug itself. can anyone let me know the purpose of each wire???

DONT DO IT, just go to walmart for crying out loud and buy a $7 dollar harness. Think about the person who comes after you and has to install the next radio or wants to go back factory.

Here is the thing. I am not in the US and this isn't something i can find easily as a walk in store. I am not going to cut the plug off. i am going to strip the insulation and tie into the existing plugs. if it has to be remove i can use electrical tape to re insulate.
