New head unit...unable to install

I bought an aftermarket Kenwood Head unit the other day off craigslist. I can't seem to find an in-dash kit that fits my 2000 4runner. They all seem to end at 99. I figured that a 99 should still fit, but it didn't. Can anybody help me out with my options? Also, the head unit didn't come with a wiring harness, where can I find one for it?
