New headlight/highbeam, fog light bulbs

I am looking to replace the current bulbs on my headlight fixtures. I am definitely leaning towards hyper whites, but any recommendations on what brand I should use?

Should I also replace my high beams as well as my fogs?

Personally, I replaced the Camry headlights with Philips Vision Plus and they were a great improvement. They are not available for the 4Runner, so I got Osram Silverstars, IIRC.

I looked at my headlight casing yesterday for my 1999 Toyota 4Runner Limited to see which type of bulb I can use. The manual matches the casing in that they both say HB2, but there was also a '/' on the housing of the headlamp saying h4.

Can I put an H4 Bulb in that headlamp?

They are just different names for the same thing.....no clue why there are 3 names for it (HB2, H4, and 9003). But they are the same.

The link I posted also has a database where you can look up what you need. Click on Application Database on the left, and make sure you correctly choose USA or everywhere else.

The wierd thing is, I called the Toyota Dealership and the parts guy said H4's and HB2's aren't the same thing because it has a different type of plug on the end I guess. Does that make any sense?

The link you sent doesn't have a 4runner on the Toyota listing. At least not a 99 4runner.
