Just got my first 4 runner sr5 v6 for 1000$ And has 200k miles runs great.
I'm looking at getting 4in lift and still not sure about tire size and others mods that can be done any input would be great.
Took it out the min it was mine.

Welcome to T4R! For now I would just get some new 31" tires and some shocks(either Bilsteins or OME). Mainly tho, work on maintenance. Oil, gear lube, all your fluids(brake,power steering,transmission). How's the head gasket? The 3.0 is notorious for blowing them. What about your timing belt and water pump? These are the things I would take care of first. With a 4" lift u can run 33" or even 35" tires(with some fender clearance) but you will definitely need a gear change. 4:88s for 33s. 5:29s for 35s.
