Hey guys, need some expert advice. I am looking into getting a new HU, and the big option it must have is that the buttons and not so much the display, match the amber glow of the vehicle not anything flashy with a bright blue glow and colors galore. Some of you may already know that I just installed a 2006 Scion HU in my t4r. But it is not hitting the spot for me. The sound quality is an upgrade over the stock, but just slightly. I was looking at an Eclipse HU model cd3000 or cd4000 along with its PAC unit to sustain the steering wheel control without the infared control. Also another option I was looking at is the Nackamichi cd400, this does have a PAC unit but only through an infared signal. The plus is that the Nakamichi CD400 matches the interior glow with its ability to be fully amber. The Eclipse just have better options.... all in all.. i'm going for stealth not a center piece..
