New ideas for mounting my amp!

I'm having trouble finding some where to mount my amp. It's mounted on the back of my back seat, so its away from people and I didnt want to put it under my seat because of water/snow on people's shoes. Now it keeps coming loose from the seat and i've changed screws and still is coming loose. Any ideas?

i dont know if its possible but is there room underneath the rear seats? since it lifts up and stuff. i never really noticed if you could put anything there or what the deal was... just a thought :-\

I built a amp rack for both my amps then mounted sub box on top of that to save room.. I tried the back seat mounting method to and found my amps where way to heavy...

usually that option doesn't work too well because of the heat.. amps get hot, and without ample ventilation, will overheat.. it's a neat thought.. my friend had a 3rd gen and when he was getting a sub and amp, he thought of putting the amp there, but it didn't look to provide enough cooling, and was confirmed by the installer that it doesn't look like it would provide enough cooling for the amp to not overheat..

that's taking in account that the amp would fit there..
