So I bought a 2000 2 wheel drive, lifted 3" FABTEC , 33's, 167K,...I immedietly replaced all 4 tires, all new tie-rods, upper/lower arms, shocks, timing belt, water pump, steering rack, belts, all the maintenance from trans flush to rear end flush,.....brakes, new pads/shoes, rotors turned......It has been running great for 3 months....then check engine light began popping for code 420 - Catalytic convertor .......but truck never ran weird. reset code and it would go off a lot last summer and this summer. 3 days ago, I started driving to find a serious vibration in the front to the truck. I finally replaced catalytic convertor and muffler, but not the pre catalytic device whatever it is.....it still shakes and throws a bottle....rattle sound. I was thinking maybe all that is an isolated issue to my vibration issue.....maybe u-joints are bad too....???
