New Lift ***PICS***

I've been running a 2.5" fabtech lift along with a 1.5" 4crawler body lift for over a year now. Since then I've added a rear bumper and the rear has begun to sag.

My solution is installing Land Cruiser Springs. Along with the land cruiser springs I extended the brake line, put a 2" panhard drop bracket in, and some Bilstein 5125 shocks.

So the new springs gave me about 2" of lift in the rear. Along with that there is quite a bit of rake. I'm going to see if I cant crank on the adjustable coilovers in the front to get it up another 1" or so.

Keep in mind in this pic I am parked on a slope and the rake doesnt look too bad. I'm going wheeling tomorrow and try to get some better pics.

Holy Shiit! 42" in the rear! Your 5" taller than me. Ya, I would say you need to start cranking away on the front co's.

I am so jealous of that 4runner, its not even funny! what do you have up front?? and you still have the body lift in right?? As always the Runner looks awesome, you should be able to level it out a bit, but I kinda like the back up higher. Then again, mine is sagging a bit on stock coils so, Im kinda sick of that look.

Looks like you almost need a bracket lift for the front to level it out.

I'd prefer not to level it out completely. I'd like to have the rear sit about an inch higher than the front. Right now its 2" higher. I'm hoping to get another inch out of my coil overs in the front. If not I'll probly go with toytec's 3.5" adjustable coil overs and that will give me enough to even it out if i want to.

they are just the factory front coils out of a 94 LC. So get on a land cruiser forum and you can find people trying to sell their stock front springs after they have lifted theirs and you can get them for like $50.

Thanks man! I'm running Fabtech adjustable coil overs in the front. and yes I'm also running a 1.5" 4crawler body lift. and I'd prefer the rear to sit a little higher than the front too.

Well I'm gunna want to re-gear first and probly put some new front suspension on first. I'm thinking I'll at least get another year out of the tires i have now. So maybe by x-mas i can afford to put in some bigger coils in the front or maybe a bracket lift, and by next summer get some 35's. I dont think 35's will be coming anytime soon, but hopefully will be my next tire size.

nope. Someday hopefully... I keep a pretty good eye on craigslist looking for people parting out 4runners. Hopefully I'll find one someday. I dont think i'll ever be able to afford an ARB locker. lol!

Yeah ive found some elockers on l but idk what all id have to do to make it fit in my 01. Arb's are just so expensive. I thought I found one the other day but it was for a taco. Only 400 bucks too. The search is still on.

Nice job on the suspension, sn0w! You have been talking about those land cruiser coils for a while now. With the shiny red color, they look like brand new aftermarket coils. I have always been jelous...but now you're just rubbing it in. I can still stick my rear locker in your face though!! ha! (to bad I don't have the balls (armor) yet to get on a trail where I really need it...)

I think its time you get some armor underneath too.

I didnt really get a chance to flex out. It was a pretty melo trail. We'll see what happens when i get to a hard trail

They have been good so far. I dont have any complaints. If I were to get new coil overs i'd go with toytec's though. You can put them up a good inch higher than my fabtech ones.
