New looking for a part

Found this site by accident and now I'm hooked, I was going to post a question first thing this morning but got side tracked reading everything.

Question:
I have a 2006 4Runner and a few weeks ago my wife hit a dog on hte driver side and it knocked the black plastic piece around the fog lamp off. So the question is what is this piece called and where is the best place to buy a new or used one to replace it?

This makes it look bigger than it is and like a whole unit rather than one that fits in the hole, but I believe that this is it, Thanks.
