Hey I have been browsing the forum the last few days and have seen some good info here. Glad I read up here before going and getting anything for my new 4runner. Here's the new ride anyway..

It's an 05 sport with the 4.7 liter bone stock at this point, but am planning on an OME lift ASAP.. Wheels with a little better offset and some MickeyT baja belted HP's I geuss 32's is the biggest I can go huh?
I geuss I will have to yank out the Xreas system but oh well better suspension is better suspension.

Nice ride. Sports look great in white. I was just like you when i came to this forum. These guys have alot of knowledge. Be prepared to get the best for your 4Runner. :) and spend a ton of money. It hurts the wallet but man you'll love the outcome.

Actualy from what I have seen on the prices, the stuff for the 4runners is cheap compared to other independant front suspension trucks I have had in the past.

I figure theres no sence in buying somthing aftermarket if it's not better than stock... So the best is the only way to go...LOL...

And thanks I liked the white too.

Beautiful truck you have there. Good luck with it and enjoy! If you are interested, there are some good threads on lift kits that a few members installed on trucks with XREAS.

Aren't all of the lifts that work on Xreas equipped 4runners kind of counter productive? I mean you can get lift but isn't it just like getting any other lift and not replacing the shocks to longer ones like needed.. Just seems like the quickest way to rip the shock apart to me.

I am used to torsion bars on my other trucks, so please bear with me here..

They make shocks with remote gas reserviors could these possibly work in conjunction with the Xreas system?
