Hi From Oregon! On 12/12/12 I purchased my long searched for dream truck, a 2008 White Sport Edition 4Runner as my family's new overland vehicle.
This truck is replacing our previous overland vehicle, a heavily modified 1992 Subaru L-Series Wagon, 4" lift w/ KING springs, Hi/Low range 4x4 gearbox and locking center differential with a LSD in the rear, and a 2.2L motor swap. Great vehicle just got tired at 312,000 miles and too small for the growing family.

There is such a wealth of great information here that has been really helpful with my vehicle purchase and modifications. I'm looking forward to this new overland vehicle project and meeting all of you on the trail someday!
