Hello all.
Started lurking Toyota 4WD forums about 6 months ago. Considered the Tundra, a bit too big for my needs. Tacoma, obviously a great value but a little long in the tooth.
Then, stumbled on this friendly forum and the 4Runner grew on me. Interesting to learn about the 4Runner heritage.
Tried to snag a '13, but couldn't find one with the right combination of options as inventories dwindled close to the 14's.
Found a '14 last night exactly how I wanted it without the Southeast Toyota & dealer "fluff" options that can add up to $$ thousands.
Now I am the proud owner of a Magnetic Gray Metallic SR5 4x4. I had no desire for the navigation, but its only a ~$500 option on the '14 and was hard to pass up.
Look forward to hanging around here for a long time.
