Hello everyone my name is mike and I just perchased a 3rd gen sr5 4runner. My four runner is a auto 4x4 with 150000 miles on it and needs some tlc but i only paided $3400 for it. Ive always wanted a 4runner because of their reputation to last forever. Everytime I buy a vehicle I join a forum so i can get the skinny on what are good mods to do, and preventative mainenance. Hey thanks guys glad to be here. My 4runner is getting really bad mpg and this site has filled me in on exactly what to do. The previous owner had put larger tires on it (265's) so im sure this isn't helping but im going to clean the MAF and throttle body and also put new plugs and wires on it before i change the tires. I also have to replace the O2 sensor. If I need any help ill use the search button, and if i can find it there ill ask for some help!
