Hey Folks,
I'm a new member from Atlanta, GA. I'm currently searching for a 3rd Gen, preferably a '99 Highlander that has been well maintained. If I find a non-Highlander model, that's all good since I can just pick up a set of new '99 tall coils. I'm looking for a daily driver and weekend explorer. I've been using T4R.org for my research into the 3rd Gens which has been immensely helpful.
I've had my 2002 Tacoma 2WD regular cab (106k) for 11 years now (original owner) and its been a great truck and solidified my loyalty for Toyotas. However, we have a baby on the way and the four-point bungee-cord-harness car seat I came up with for the truck bed was deemed "stoopid" and "not even funny" by Mrs. Bodhi.
Needless to say, I'm in need of a backseat and couldn't think of a better vehicle to provide the space and capability I need and also be able to take us into the great outdoors and allow me to show my kid how amazing the natural world around us can be.
