New member just saying hello!

Hey guys, been lurking for a while now but I finally picked up this 2wd 02 Sport Edition a couple months ago. She's got 165 on the clock and still tickin'. So far I have only added a few minor things (DRL mod, parking light mod, and of course sounds!

Will be planning on doing some tasteful mods as money permits, external tranny cooler, darker tint on rear windows, tundra/sequoia rims, maybe a small lift (some 99 coils or something).

Welcome. I like the way you hid the amp. I am looking for a way to mount mine, but I need that space for tools. Just don't close it or it will overheat.

Thanks, yeah I had my amps mounted to the back of the seats in my explorer, they always got in the way whenever I folded the seats down so I knew I had to find somewhere to mount them in the Runner. Unfortunately there is no room under the backseats so this was the next best option, its a little snug but it works just fine!

Thank You, I actually traded my roomate amps once I thought about this spot because my old one was too big and really, I didn't need that much power. Not into "beatin'" and much as I used to.

I had been looking for a Runner for a while (they are unbelievably hard to find in the southeast). This one came up newly listed without a picture or anything, I didn't even know it was black until I called about it, much less a sport edition. I can't believe I lucked out and found it, my other choice would have been silver for sure though! Thanks.

Oh nice dude... ya i have the system to blast if i want but havent lately and might end up selling the one i have and get something a little smaller and well maybe ill add the amp in the pocket.

pretty trick way to have the amp and cap setup. My amp is under the passenger seat...

Sweet rig too. Best thing I've done was ditch the running boards. I kept hitting my shins on them. Never looked back since!
