Hey everyone - Picked up a 2015 Trail Premium on June 26, dropped it off at the shop on Monday this week. Rear window would not roll down before delivery, but we bought it anyway under the assumption that it was a fuse. We were wrong.
The window rolls down randomly, works from both the console and the rear lock for a few minutes, then shuts down again after the window is rolled all the way up. The car has also unlocked itself randomly and rolled the rear window down on its own. The dealer can't identify the source of the issue. Apparently they are tearing the headliner down now, looking for a bad wire.
Hopefully they get this resolved quickly and it isn't the start of a terrible ownership experience. Lucky me!
