Hi folks. Been quietly reading a forum for a last couple of weeks until finally decided give it a try on 2004 Toyota 4Runner Limited.
Couldnt be more happier with a purchase. Paid $18,300 USD for mint in/out Titanium exterior/Gray leather interior 4R Limited V8 with 58k miles. Truck is CPO so it came with 3 year/50k bumper-to-bumper warranty :)
Its fully loaded except DVD/Nav.
So far its stock but moding will begin next month. Planning to add Westin bull bar, retrofit Xenons with TSX projectors (will do a write up since I cannt find one for 2003-2005), 7" JVC DVD/Nav/XM/Bluetooth, and bigger tires by the fall.

Mine is AWD I think this is the only way Limited comes. I had not so pleasant experience with german autos in a past (Audi, BMW) so we'll se how Toyota treats me:D

Welcome and congrats!

My '08 Sport is my third 4Runner. I had a 2nd gen '90 SR5 and still own a 3rd gen '00 SR5; all 4WD. Nothing but great service from those plus my other Toyotas.

You can get them in 2WD, which I thought yours was. Most of the 4WD ones come with a "4WD" badge that is right next to "Limited" on the driver and passenger door.

You really will love this truck, this is my sixth car and my third 4Runner, I keep coming back to them for a reason :D

sweet ride, congrats! We bought an 09 matrix and it's contruction and performance put my old Avalanche to shame so shortly there after I got my 03 Sport...and as my user name show's, we are fully converted and couldn't be happier! Yota's all the way...now if only I could get me a Taco too I'd be in heaven!:D have fun with the mods and don't fight it, the addiction that is!!!

I believe here in Canada 2WD option is not available. I never seen 2WD Toyota here.

Welcome neighbour!

Sweet ride. You'll be plenty happy with it for sure. Like many others here, I bought my first one 6 years ago and have never looked back. Still have that one and an 04 Sport like yours, they're great trucks!

Funny I wonder the same thing, the only 2wd 4R's I see here are US imported ones when the dollar was good. They may be available here but I can't say I've seen one.

Anyways, enjoy your ride and dibs on your factory nav if you decide to sell it!

I checked on toyota.ca and no 2WD option is available on Canada bound 4Runners. After all, in this snow I wouldn't want one

I figured it wasn't a Canadian option.

I agree, the 4wd makes winter almost like it's nonexistant in the 4R. My wife never winter drove before this winter till we got the 04 with the auto 4wd and now she's ready to divorce me for the truck she loves it so much!
