About a month ago the wife and I found out she would have to start commuting to work. So we had to get rid of the gas guzzlers and buy a more practical family-sized SUV and get her a TDI Jetta for commuting. Meaning I had to get rid of my beloved CTS-V :moping
I guess we all have to grow up sometime). In turn I did my research for about 6 months and decided on trying to find a used 5th gen. 4Runner TE (which is near imposible around here), I found 3 and they were gone a day after they were posted. Knowing what I wanted and trying to find one was turning out to be harder than expected. I was lucky enough to find a 2012 TE Classic Silver, KDSS, and eNtune navigation, with 1 mile on it at a local dealership. We were able to get it out the door for a little over 37k, because they were running a Veterans Day sale and were trying to move their 2012's :frog:. The only thing I have added so far is a YAKIMA basket and K&N drop in, only other plans for the near future will be a leveling kit. That being said I have been very happy with our new 4Runner which has a little over 500miles on it now. Just can't wait for it to SNOW!
