Hello,
I'd like to say that I have enjoyed reading your forums over the last month. I have decided to go for it and purchase my first 4runner. It has been something I have been looking forward to over the last 20 years. I'm sure people have factory ordered and I had a few questions about how long it usually takes. I'm looking at the 2011 LTD.
Also I'm a bit confused as are the dealers I have contacted. Is it possible to get the LTD in Salsa Red? It shows the LTD in the brochure but it isn't an option online. Can this be accomplished factory ordered? Or is it only for the SR5/TE?

Welcome from a Nova Scotia native and a current NB resident. I'd be worried about getting a vehicle at all what with the Japan issues. If you can get a line on a good one real quick you'll feel better. I envy you getting one 10 years newer than mine.

Thanks for the welcome. It's funny I have been searching for the 2011 LTD all over Canada and apparently they have 2 in BC and 2 in Alberta (In Black). I'm thinking I might look south, especially if they are not doing factory orders at the moment.

I'd love to be on a search for a new '11 LTD., hopefully it's not too tough for you, it might be a while before everything returns to normal in Japan.
