New mounting plate for UltraSwing

We teamed up with [MENTION=139789]RagoFabrication[/MENTION] to make this new mounting plate and Hi-Lift mount for the UltraSwing hitch-carrier for 4th and 5th Gen 4Runners. The goal was to make something that could mount pretty much anything needed including Rotopax, Maxtrax, and camp tables.

For those that don't have a 4th or 5th Gen 4Runner, the multiple-fitment version of the UltraSwing is almost ready!
