I just installed a flowmaster 50 and i welded it in myself, but when i rev it in neutral it sounds good and when i am in reverse it sounds fine, however when i put it in drive it makes a bad noise when i am barley on the gas then goes away, and it only does it when i am in drive

It could be rattling from the internals of your muffler...lets hope not. Check the heat shields. I had a rattling when I put the car in drive too. I put my car in drive..pushed down the parking brake and got out of the car and listened. My rattling was from a catalytic converter heat shield. (Might want to get someone to hold the brake in drive for safety lol)

I think i just figured it out, it is hitting on the part of the frame where it goes over the axle, i put a peice of rubber to test and it stopped, so i put some mufflerweld/jb weld to keep it secure, i hope it works

I had the same rattle. My mechanic showed me that my heatshield was loose. Fixed it and now no more rattle!
