New Owner - 06 T4R - New Rims - help

Hey, You guys, I value your opinion so much, pls take a look at the rims I found from local guy, new in boxes, he got them and never used them ( so he said ) price $475. Is it worth it ? The part number is 42611-AF160 I think they are Tacoma wheels ? I always wanted a 2nd set for my Winter / Summer tires. Can you tell me if this will fit my 06 4Runner, stock suspention etc.
Current owner said this rims need 265/70/17 ? can you verify...

Those wheels are off of a Gen 1 (04-06) Tundra and 03-07 Sequoia...I have them on my tundra and run a 65 series tire....there are a direct fit to the
T4R, and should fit with zero problems...You should have a mask and a gun for the price you paid...the go for $175-$200 on flea-bay....

What is the width on these wheels? Wouldn't mind starting to search for a set of my own.
